As Director of Content, you'll succeed through a combination of hands-on tactics and strategic planning that cascades from the overall strategy as established by the TailHand Senior Director of Digital Marketing. These activities should increase Tailhand's online presence, product buzz, community, and generate leads. In collaboration with the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you will identify the types of consumers Tailhand must reach in order to generate sales, prioritize activities for each, and establish an ongoing dialogue with them by developing and introducing the ideal TailHand customer to compelling content, company updates, and promotions that capture attention and drive more visitors to Tailhand's online presence. This is a very plan- and calendar-driven role that demands consistent attention and well-timed posting. As consumer engagement grows, you'll monitor campaigns and analytics to discover what's working and not working. This role is founded on strategy, planning, timing, and collaboration.
