As we prepare for a major product launch, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead our financial strategy and operations.

The Chief Financial Officer will be a pivotal member of the leadership team, tasked with overseeing all financial aspects of Better Brush Corp. This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of a high-growth start-up while ensuring robust financial health and compliance. The CFO will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial strategy, managing investor relations, and driving long-term financial planning.




Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with Better Brush Corp.’s ambitious growth plans and business objectives.

Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team.

Operational Excellence: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, tax, and treasury functions. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s assets and financial stability.

Fundraising & Capital Management: Lead fundraising initiatives, including equity and debt financing. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and analysts.

Transparent Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting to the board of directors, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Market Insight & Strategy: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and financial planning.

Strategic Partnerships: Evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other opportunities that support the company’s growth and strategic goals.




Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or senior financial executive in a start-up or rapidly growing environment.

Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management.

Demonstrated success in fundraising and managing investor relations.

Deep understanding of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Experience in the consumer goods or manufacturing sector is highly desirable.

CPA or MBA preferred.
