We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Creative Director to join our team and lead the development of our brand identity and creative assets. The Creative Director will be a key driver of Better Brush Corp.’s brand vision and creative strategy. This individual will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, visual language, and storytelling across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, a strong design sensibility, and a proven track record of leading creative teams to deliver impactful and engaging experiences.




Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development: Define and evolve Better Brush Corp.’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and coherence across all channels.

Creative Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and resonates with our target audience.

Visual Design: Lead the design of all brand assets, including logos, packaging, marketing collateral, and digital content.

Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for various channels, including social media, website, and advertising campaigns.

Art Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to internal and external teams, ensuring that creative output meets quality standards and brand guidelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of creative efforts with overall business objectives.

Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies. Use insights to inform creative decisions and strategies.

Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing creative team. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Brand Experience: Ensure that the Better Brush Corp. brand is consistently reflected in all customer interactions and touchpoints.




Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role, preferably in a start-up or high-growth environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, visual design, and content creation across multiple channels.

Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
