As we prepare for a major product launch, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturer to join our team and oversee the production of our revolutionary paint brushes. The Manufacturer will play a vital role in ensuring the successful production and delivery of Better Brush Corp.’s innovative products. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing process, from sourcing materials to overseeing production lines to quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.




Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet demand while optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Supplier Management: Source and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.

Manufacturing Process Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including assembly, machining, and finishing. Implement best practices to maximize productivity and quality.

Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to optimize production schedules and minimize waste. Implement inventory tracking systems as needed.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Implement changes and monitor results to drive ongoing improvements.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor production staff to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.




Qualifications:

Proven experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, and finishing.

Experience with supplier management, sourcing, and negotiations.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.

Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
