Better Brush Corp. is a trailblazing start-up set to revolutionize the paint brush industry with our innovative and patented designs. Our cutting-edge product is designed to deliver an exceptional painting experience for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts, setting new standards in the market. As we prepare for a major product launch, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales strategy and execution. The Product Sales Manager will play a critical role in the growth and success of Better Brush Corp. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovative products.




Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with Better Brush Corp.’s business objectives and market opportunities.

Market Penetration: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Execution: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics. Provide regular reports to the executive team and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Better Brush Corp.’s products and technologies. Serve as a product expert in customer interactions and at industry events.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer experience.

Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use insights to inform sales strategies and product development.

Training and Development: Provide training and support to the sales team and channel partners. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.




Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a start-up or high-growth environment.

Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Deep understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Experience in the consumer goods or hardware/tools industry is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
