Goals

The following goals must be reached to get awarded with 1% equity of Cloak Harbor Corporation when launched.

You will be granted 0.5% equity in the company upon delivery of a wholistic operating model, financial plans and projections and investor ready pitch deck acceptable to the CEO.
You will be granted an additional 0.5% equity once you have completed an initial fund-raising round to provide start-up capital sufficient for Cloak Harbor to begin normal business operations. (in the amount and within the timeframe stipulated in the consulting agreement).
Following completion of the initial funding round, you will be granted the right to purchase equity in the second and any successive funding rounds at a discount of 10% of the valuation.
You will receive other full time employment compensation and benefits as agreed in a separate Offer Letter following acceptance of employment and successful funding round.
