Lead Community Backers, Inc.’s capital aggregation and deployment infrastructure, designing ethical, scalable systems that channel 
500M+annually into underserved markets. Build blockchain−powered platforms, AI−driven liquidity tools, and investor−grade transparency frameworks to democratize finance journey.

Core Responsibilities

Capital Systems Architecture
Blockchain Integration: Develop decentralized systems for real-time capital tracking, tokenized loan ownership, and automated compliance (target: 99.99% uptime).
AI Liquidity Engines: Create algorithms to optimize capital allocation, balancing risk-adjusted returns with social impact (e.g., 15%+ IRR, 40% to underserved markets).

Scalable APIs: Build seamless integrations for partners (credit unions, fintechs, ESG funds) to co-invest via plug-and-play modules.

Ethical Stewardship
Transparency Pact: Publish live dashboards showing capital flows, borrower demographics, and impact metrics (e.g., jobs created, carbon offset).
Anti-Extraction Protocols: Ban hidden fees, predatory terms, or opaque investor clauses; enforce "Equity First" profit-sharing models.
