Core Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Scale hiring to 150+ employees annually (50% from underrepresented groups) via AI-driven sourcing, skills-based assessments, and partnerships with HBCUs, women-in-tech networks, and refugee resettlement programs.
Reduce time-to-hire from 60 → 30 days while maintaining 90%+ candidate satisfaction through streamlined, bias-free processes.

Onboarding Excellence
Design immersive onboarding programs (e.g., "Fintech Foundations Bootcamp," mentorship pairings) that slash ramp-up time by 50% and achieve 95%+ retention at 6 months.
Partner with Compliance and Tech teams to gamify training modules (e.g., blockchain compliance simulations, AI ethics workshops).

Stewardship
Ensure 40% of leadership roles are held by women/BIPOC professionals by 2026 via proactive pipeline development and equitable promotion pathways.
Eradicate pay gaps across demographics through transparent salary bands and quarterly audits.
