Mission
Lead Community Backers, Inc.’s syndication strategy to channel 100M
100M+annually (affordable housing, minority−led businesses, climate tech) while delivering 1B+ valuation journey.

Core Responsibilities
Deal Structuring & Execution
Design and syndicate 10M

10M–50M loan pools blending high-yield assets (e.g., urban renewal projects) with community impact mandates (e.g., 30% affordable housing units).

Investor Relations & Compliance
Craft investor pitch decks that turn loan metrics into narratives (e.g., “This $20M Pool Housed 100 Families and Yielded 14% IRR”).
Ensure 100% compliance with SEC Reg D, JOBS Act, and global syndication laws via blockchain-based transparency tools and automated reporting.

Ecosystem Innovation
Partner with Blockchain Architects to tokenize $25M+ in loans annually, enabling fractional ownership and secondary market liquidity for retail investors.
Pilot 2+ novel structures yearly (e.g., revenue-sharing notes, community profit participation certificates) to attract impact-focused LPs.

Risk & Relationship Management
Mitigate defaults via dynamic risk-sharing tranches (e.g., senior/subordinated debt) and proactive borrower mentorship programs.
Cultivate trust with 50+ brokers, developers, and NGOs to source high-potential deals in underserved markets.

Culture
Rejects exploitative terms; structures win-win-win agreements (borrowers, investors, communities).
Transparency Trailblazer: Hosts monthly “Open Ledger Sessions” where investors audit syndication performance live.
Collaborator: Celebrates “Syndication Wins” with borrower-investor mixers and viral social spotlights.

Performance Bonus:
10%: Syndication volume and investor returns.
10%: Impact metrics (diversity of projects, community outcomes).
5%: Cost savings from process automation.

Cultural Rituals You’ll Own
Monthly “Deal Deep Dives”: Cross-functional teams dissect closed deals over artisanal coffee and street food.
Quarterly “Pitch Day”: Entrepreneurs pitch directly to syndication teams—no suits, just passion.
Annual “Awards”: Celebrate partners who closed deals with outsized community impact.

Who We’re Seeking
Syndication Savant: 7+ years in structured finance, impact investing, or commercial real estate with $100M+ in closed syndications.
Ecosystem Whisperer: Expertise in ESG frameworks, blockchain tokenization, and non-traditional underwriting (e.g., social impact scoring).
Culture: —maybe you’ve diverted capital from luxury developments to affordable housing, taught finance in prisons, or protested predatory syndication practices
Legacy Deals: Your syndications will fund schools, clinics, and startups that redefine communities.
Autonomy + Scale: Lead with the creativity of a founder and the resources of a scaling unicorn.
Ethical Blueprint: Prove syndication can be both lucrative and liberating.
Structure and market loan syndications to institutional investors.
Negotiate fee splits and waterfall distributions.
