Do you know how to build a brand from scratch? Can you make it compelling? Can you draw from your own insights on culture and trends to tap into the gold vein? Come join us. You'll want to be able to get our brand and message across via print, web, video, and other media.

DoCurious is looking for someone to do what many people say is impossible: get people away from their screens.  But we're not asking you to get people to give up their screens entirely - we just want to borrow them for a while.  If we do our job right, when they get back to social media most of their posts will be about what a great experience they had with us and our challenge hosts.  Our users are called "Doers".  You mission will be to find and engage people who have never done anything before, and those who have.  We need to deliver the correct message to the correct group, causing them to give us a try and then keep coming back again and again.  Since we're working to get people away from their screens, that's where you'll find many of them.  Every age group will require a different approach, and you'll be targeting kids, parents, pre-teens, teens, college students and beyond, all the way to (and probably past) retirement age.  The younger we snag them as customers, the more good we can do over their lifetimes.  We want to work with them for the rest of their lives.  Our branding should reflect that.  You'll work closely with the CMO in this role.

To succeed you'll need to get into their minds and craft messages they can't resist.  When you win, you'll probably have more positive impact on young people and society than Congress and the President combined.  One other thing.  Our objective is to keep DoCurious completely non-political.  You should be okay with that.
