As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Social Paws, you will be at the forefront of leveraging technology to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for dog owners and enthusiasts. You will be instrumental in shaping the technological vision of our platform and responsible for all technical aspects of our operation.

Goals

The following goals must be reached to get awarded with 2% equity of Dog Run Co. when launched.

Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a technology strategy that enhances the overall functionality and attractiveness of the platform and aligns with the goals of our dog sharing app, focusing on user experience, scalability, innovation, and monetization.
App Development and Enhancement: Lead the development and continuous improvement of Social Paws, collaborating with team members to incorporate user feedback, to ensure a user-friendly interface and optimal performance.
Data Security and Privacy: Implement robust security measures to safeguard user data and maintain the privacy of our platform's users, staying informed about data protection regulations to ensure the app's compliance with relevant standards.
Innovation in Pet Tech: Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the pet care industry and integrate innovative solutions into our app, exploring opportunities for leveraging technologies like AI and IoT to enhance the user experience and pet care capabilities.
Scalability and Performance: Design and implement a scalable and resilient technology architecture to accommodate the growing user base of our dog sharing app, monitoring and optimizing app performance to ensure a seamless experience for users.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a dynamic and motivated technology team with a focus on communication, collaboration, and efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the technology team.
Partnerships and Integrations: Evaluate and establish partnerships with external technology providers to enhance the app's features and capabilities, overseeing integrations with relevant third-party services to provide a comprehensive pet care experience.
User Support and Engagement: Work closely with customer support aspects to address technology-related user issues promptly, implementing strategies to engage users through technological features that enhance their overall experience.
Teamwork: Work and communicate closely with team members and founder to collaborate and create solutions as needed.
