As Marketing Director, you will own developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and driving user acquisition to establish our app as the go-to platform for dog sharing.

Goals

The following goals must be reached to get awarded with 1% equity of Dog Run Co. when launched.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and resonance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into overall business initiatives.
Brand Building:
Define and reinforce the brand positioning in the market, highlighting the unique value proposition of our dog-sharing app.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, ensuring it effectively communicates the brand message.
User Acquisition and Retention:
Lead user acquisition efforts through online and offline channels, optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Implement strategies to enhance user retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Utilize analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance, adapting strategies for continuous improvement.
Public Relations:
Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to generate positive coverage and increase brand visibility.
Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance the app's public image.
Event Marketing:
Plan and execute events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
Collaborate with local partners and organizations for mutually beneficial marketing initiatives.
Marketing Financials:
Know and manage our marketing financials including and not limited to: adspend, cost per user acquisition, event costs, etc.
Such that you can know how to best use our marketing budgets as we gain them.
Teamwork:
Work and communicate closely with team members and founder to collaborate & create solutions as needed.

Skills:

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and customer behavior.
Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a senior marketing role.
Creative thinker with a track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
Experience in the pet industry or related fields is advantageous.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
