In that instance, the investor is sacrificing a substantial portion of the property’s revenues to servicing the institutional debt - significant earnings we feel better used for investor benefits. Traditional financing not only lowers the revenues and profits, traditional financiers take the most valuable collateral available for protecting the investors’ investment, the property, for ‘their’ security. This leaves the investor no protection and little security for their money. We are replacing traditional debt-lending processes with a 100% debt-free process through the Nimble Platform and providing investors with full transparency and complete privacy for their investing needs. As real estate investors ourselves, we’ve spent our careers investing in apartment building properties.
