Our product is an interactive informational platform that allows customers to preserve their interactional data. It will document their actions, advertise, promote their social material, manage their online presences, store assets, collaborate and communicate with people indefinitely.

CAP Market Research and Company Market Research. Concluded that our customers want to interact with their loved ones indefinitely. They want to control and own their interactional data on an interactive VRAI application.
After ICAP our hypothesis did not change. We validated all our pre conceived notions like our customers use social media everyday, our customers want to interact with their family and friends indefinitely, they want to be able to control and own their interactional data. We came up with conclusive evidence that supported these hypothesis. After customer discovery we came up with the conclusion that our customers use interactional media everyday. They consider posts, comments , likes, interactions with ads, and the information they promote on their walls as their personal belongings. They have a sense of ownership to this information and what to use this information for their benefit, like constant updates, recommendations and financial assistance. They want their interactional information to keep them in contact with their family indefinitely via communication, recommendations, reminders, events and destinations.

This age range makes up almost 65% of Earth's population. Grows at about 70% per year also the age range that uses social media the most.
My initial target market customer is an individual in their 20's. This individual is already creating their own content on social media sites. They have the potential threat of losing their social data. They own a cell phone, tablet, or laptop. They are educated enough to utilize these devices. They live in an area that has internet service. Their personality determines how often they create content.
