This isn’t just about growth metrics; it’s about building a cultural movement around nervous system regulation, AI for good, and conscious wellness.
 
Qualifications
5+ years in marketing, growth, or brand leadership (startup experience preferred).
Proven track record of building user growth and engagement strategies.
Strong experience in content, community, and social media marketing.
Ability to craft compelling brand storytelling + investor narratives.
Familiarity with growth marketing tactics (SEO, paid ads, referral loops, influencer campaigns).
Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bonus: Experience scaling consumer wellness, healthtech, or AI startups.
Bonus: Thought leadership in mental health, wellness, or conscious tech.
