You’re the leader in charge of our connection with the users. Listen to them, talk with them, be their advocate in what we’re doing and our advocate when things get rocky on the platform. Monitor product usage and recommend improvements. You need to be very good with people, level-headed, tech savvy, and be great at communicating with a wide variety of people through text. You’ll assist the team in understanding the needs of the users and facilitate healthy growth of the community on the platform.
