Mission

Design and unify end-to-end experiences for customers, investors, and employees, ensuring seamless interactions across all touch points (digital platforms, lending processes, partner ecosystems). Drive loyalty, retention, and brand advocacy to fuel a $10B+ valuation.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Investor Experience (CX/IX):
Map and optimize user journeys for the WEL Ecosystem (WEL Partners, WEL Stations, WEL Influencers, WEL Ambassadors ) and investors | coin holders.

Embed AI-driven personalization into platforms (e.g., tailored loan offers, investor dashboards).
Resolve pain points in loan onboarding, portfolio tracking, and secondary market liquidity.

Employee Experience (EX):
Partner with team to build a culture of empathy, innovation, and cross-department collaboration.
Design tools/resources to empower teams (e.g., UX training for underwriters, investor-facing scripts for BD).

Experience Metrics & Analytics:
Define KPIs: Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Effort Score (CES), Employee Engagement Index.
Use BI tools to identify friction points (e.g., high drop-off rates in loan applications).

Ethical Experience Design:
Ensure transparency in AI-driven decisions (e.g., explainable underwriting algorithms).
Champion accessibility (ADA compliance, multilingual interfaces for underserved markets).

Innovation Labs:

Launch rapid prototyping for new features (e.g., gamified investor education, AR property tours).
Pilot blockchain-based identity verification to reduce onboarding friction.
