After working as a consulting engineer for environmental remediation, Matthew returned to school to pursue his master's degree in Sustainable Engineering at Villanova University. It is here that he began to understand the dire relationship between man's ecological footprint and the earth's biocapacity. The Sustainable Grain Co. was born out of the idea that modern corporations are not making adequate change in response to this situation. Matthew is a full-time entrepreneur, also working within Villanova's graduate engineering school to foster entrepreneurship around the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
