I began my career as CEO of SG Linguistics, working with clients such as Accenture, Credit Suisse, SolMelia, Banco Santander, and Siemens, among others. In 2013 I started working solely within IT environments, first as Deputy to the CEO and soon after as Director of Marketing & Communications at Stratio BD. I acted as a liaison between the US and EMEA markets, establishing the company internationally. We built the company from 15 employees to 300+ at my time of departure, as well as founding the spinoff company Datio. My main focus was in the field of Big Data technologies, managing Stratio's global events (Strata Hadoop & Spark Summits (NY, San Francisco, Europe), coordinating the marketing team, and helping the company achieve Series A funding in 2015. In 2016 I became the CMO at Kiuwan, where I managed the global development and marketing of a SAST & SCA platform for Application Security, helping scale the company until it achieved global recognition, and working closely with the sales team where we achieved over 100% ARR growth for three consecutive years which brought about the acquisition of the company by the Idera group in 2018. In 2019 I undertook the role of CMO at Continuum Security. The first step was rebranding it to IriusRisk and ensuring the platform's reputation as the leading Threat Modeling tool in the market. I was in charge of raising awareness of the brand internationally and working closely with the sales team to increase revenue before we achieved a very successful Series A in 2020. At the end of 2020, I became CMO at Hdiv Security, where I continued the work that had led me to succeed with the former AST tools at Kiuwan and IriusRisk. In just over a year, the company was acquired by Datadog. Currently, I have taken the role of VP of Marketing at Napptive, where I am responsible for defining and implementing the GTM strategy, and managing the sales and marketing teams with the aim of scaling the product to become the leading Internal Developer Platform. I have also helped create some of the main open-source meetups in Spain including Apache Spark, Apache Cassandra, Apache Mesos, and Apache Kafka among others, and currently am the founder and organizer of DevSecOps Spain and Cloud App Developers, as well as a founding member and Ambassador for the Generative AI Association.
