I’m an energized project manager, facilitator, planner, and researcher. I lead initiatives, adeptly leveraging organizational change management tools and techniques to maximize organizational effectiveness, team performance and address cultural challenges to obtaining agility.
One of my personal missions is to bring joy into the workplace through teamwork and collaboration. Professionally passionate and delivery-focused, with a deep technical background, high-level project management experience in the business and IT fields, and Lean Six Sigma and change management experience from short strategic engagements to large transformational programs, I help bring business and IT groups together and set the foundation for success in the long-term, partnering with companies to bridge the gap between where the organization is today and where it wants to be, including:
▶Leading business and IT alignment sessions to provide strategic vision to program and project teams
▶Researching technical debt areas of concern to support leadership decisions and funding, as well as business case
▶Liaising between Business and IT in respect to meeting delivery goals
▶Coaching and mentoring team members and associates for stakeholder organizations
I believe in achieving organizational goals by communicating a clear vision, exhibiting ethical leadership, infectious optimism, and encouraging autonomy among team members.
I have recently completed my PhD in Information Technology and Project Management. I am also interested in bringing my capability and experience to board positions in the areas of IT, business, and education.
