🌍 Your Role:
- Own SparrowBid’s brand voice, visual identity, and narrative from Day 1
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy that turns heads and drives user adoption
- Develop creator and influencer relationships to power authentic growth
- Lead marketing across all fronts: content, paid, social, PR, community
- Build and manage a marketing team that can scale post-launch
- Oversee social media accounts and community building roadmap
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to adjust and optimize positioning
- Work with product, engineering, and leadership to align marketing with roadmap milestones
- Operate fast, iterate faster, and thrive in startup conditions where nothing is set in stone
