You're an experienced team leader with a background in software architecture who can work with the team to design and develop the API and decision tree functionality required to build a minimum viable product.
You're a mental health professional with a background in conflict resolution, and you'll be supplying content for the development of our conflict resolution decision tree, study and analyze testing of the chatbot, as well as responding to questions from the team about how to approach particular challenges arising from human thought process and behavioral issues and abnormalities. Help the team anticipate common responses to mediation steps, and also to understand the uncommon ones.
Track and manage the development of the application. Coordinate between the team leads to make sure everyone is on the same page as the application develops. Coordinate with the Founder on any legal or logistical requirements which may arise.
Help the software development team integrate off-the-shelf and custom machine learning tools to improve conflict resolution performance of the application. Analyze our app's performance testing data and work with the team to improve performance.
Obviously, if we're interrupting the rants of the biggest haters on the internet, they're going to take offense. So, your job is to set up systems and processes to protect the application from even the most pernicious attackers. Work with the rest of the dev team to establish a robust set of enterprise-grade security measures around the application, and set a long-term schedule for ongoing security analysis and upgrades.
Assist the Psychiatrist/Psychologist in researching conflict resolution methodologies and work with the Data Scientist and other team members to create an adapted methodology which our chatbot can follow.
